Mental health encompasses our emotional, psychological, and overall well-being, influencing our thoughts, actions, emotions, and interactions. It’s a constant presence in our lives, influencing our actions, thoughts, and how we speak, and feel. Mental health isn’t only something that develops over time, but also through experiences, genetics, and biological factors.
The most important step you can take is reaching out to someone, whether it’s a friend, family member, or even a professional if available. You don’t have to face challenges alone.
Reaching out isnt a sign of weakness, it shows your strength!
